Armani was found dumped at JSO substation 3. He was crying and clearly asking for help. Other than being malnourished he is in great shape. The vet estimates him to be a year old. He has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and treated for fleas and parasites. This loving, beautiful boy is ready for adoption!!
